About the EMS
Rocky County EMS is the county's in-character medical service. Medics respond to injuries and illness, work crash and crime scenes with Fire and the Sheriff's Department, treat on scene, and transport to the hospital. This is medical roleplay, not a real ambulance service, and it does not require or grant any real certification.
A solid scene is straightforward: make it safe, assess the patient, say what you are doing so the other player can play along, and choose transport without dragging the call out. Training covers the server's medical flow. Command and staff approve every member.
What you'll do
- Scene responseRespond to medical calls, crashes, and injuries anywhere in the county.
- Patient careAssess, treat, and stabilize with medical roleplay other players can follow.
- TransportMove patients to the hospital when the scene calls for it.
- Joint scenesWork with the Sheriff's Department and Fire on shared calls.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Join the Rocky County RP Discord and keep direct messages open so staff can reach you.
- Have a working microphone.
- Be able to play a few hours a week.
- Complete the written application on this site, in your own words.
- No real-life medical license or certification is required, and none is claimed.
- Be willing to learn the server's medical roleplay in training. Staff must approve you first.
How to apply
- Make sure you're in our Discord and have read the rules.
- Fill out the EMS application.
- Wait for a response from department leadership (usually via Discord).
- If accepted, complete training and start your career in Rocky County.
